Job Description
Handle customer enquiries and sales through phone calls, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook and other social media channels.
Understand customer needs, provide product information and recommend suitable products.
Follow up on enquiries and actively convert potential leads into confirmed orders.
Assist customers with order placement, payment, delivery, order status and after-sales support.
Deliver excellent customer service while achieving assigned sales and conversion targets.

Requirements
1–5 years of experience in customer service, telesales, inside sales, retail or e-commerce sales.
Excellent spoken and written English and Tamil; additional languages are an advantage.
Solid communication, customer handling, persuasion and sales conversion skills.
Experience using WhatsApp Business, Instagram, Facebook and other social media platforms for customer interactions.
Comfortable handling voice calls and multiple chats simultaneously, with valuable follow-up and basic computer skills.
