Role – Sr UIUX Designer

Location : Gurugram, Sector-67

Timing : 10 AM – 7 PM

Working Days : Monday to Friday (WFO), Saturday (WFH)

Experience: 4–5 years (preferably in a D2C brand or e-commerce setting)

Job Description

We are looking for a UI/UX Designer to join our growing team and shape the digital

experience of Conscious Chemist. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding

of user-centered design principles, a solid aesthetic sensibility, and prior experience

designing for D2C or e-commerce brands. You will be responsible for crafting intuitive,

engaging, and conversion-focused experiences across our website and digital

platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Design visually engaging, user-friendly, and responsive website and app interfaces

that reflect the brand’s identity and enhance overall user experience.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to identify user

needs and behavior patterns that inform design decisions.
Create detailed wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively





communicate design concepts and workflows to stakeholders and developers.
Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and tech teams to align design strategies

with business goals and campaign objectives.
Develop and maintain a consistent design system and style guide to ensure brand

coherence across all digital touchpoints.
Analyze user journeys and website performance data to identify areas of improvement

and implement design updates that enhance usability and conversions.
Ensure that all design elements adhere to the brand’s clean, pastel, and contemporary

aesthetic while maintaining high functionality.
Stay updated on design trends, emerging tools, and best practices to continuously

improve the brand’s digital experience.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Design, UI/UX, Visual Communication, or a related field.
4–5 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, preferably within D2
