Role Summary

Lead and manage the Pre-Sales function, ensuring high-quality lead qualification, accurate customer communication, and effective site visit generation. Own the early home-buyer journey—from first contact to confirmed site visit—setting up strong, well-prepared handovers to the Sales team.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and monitor a team of Pre-Sales Executives
Ensure accurate lead qualification based on customer needs
Drive site visit scheduling, confirmations, and conversions
Share correct project, pricing, and availability information
Track KRAs/KPIs including response time, site visits, and conversions
Maintain robust CRM hygiene and reporting discipline
Reduce no-shows through effective follow-ups
Coordinate closely with Sales, CRM, and Marketing teams
