Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Lead (MERN Stack) to lead end-to-end development of scalable web applications. The ideal candidate should be hands-on with the MERN stack and capable of leading a small team, owning architecture decisions, and delivering high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Lead design, development, and deployment of full-stack web applications using MERN stack
Take ownership of application architecture, performance, and scalability
Guide and mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to define requirements
Ensure best practices in coding standards, security,



and performance optimization
Manage sprint planning, task allocation, and timely delivery
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues

Required Skills & Qualifications
5–7 years of experience in full-stack development
Solid expertise in MERN Stack:
MongoDB
Express.js
React.js
Node.js
Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3
Experience with RESTful APIs and backend services
Knowledge of Git/GitHub and CI/CD pipelines
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP preferred)
Robust leadership and communication skills
