We are looking for a strong people manager with solid technical depth who can lead engineering teams, develop talent, improve execution, and work closely with Product and Engineering leadership to deliver scalable, high-quality software.

The ideal candidate combines strong engineering management experience with a up-to-date approach to software development, including the effective use of AI and automation to improve engineering productivity.
Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and develop software engineering teams.
Establish clear goals, ownership, accountability, and engineering best practices.
Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, coaching, and career-development discussions.
Participate in hiring, onboarding, and development of engineering talent.
Drive effective planning, prioritization, and timely delivery of engineering initiatives.
Improve development processes,



team collaboration, and engineering productivity.
Promote effective use of AI-assisted development and automation across the software development lifecycle.
Provide technical guidance and participate in architecture and system-design discussions.
Ensure high standards for software quality, scalability, reliability, security, and performance.
Partner closely with Product, QA, DevOps, and business teams.
Provide transparent visibility into engineering priorities, progress, dependencies, and risks.
Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, continuous learning, and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

15+ years of software engineering experience.
8+ years of direct engineering management experience.
Proven experience leading and developing software engineering teams.
Robust experience with performance management, hiring, mentoring, and team development.
