Onboarding new client and smooth handover it to team members.
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
• A proactive, client-focused, and results-oriented approach.
• Should have people management skill.
• Should be able to grow and run team individually.
• Should be able to engage, motivate and develop capability of team members.
• Use of popular software used for Australian Taxation specifically Xero, MYOB, Handi Tax, NetSuite and QuickBooks online – preferred.
• Should be able to troubleshoot of client’s query.
• Follow ISO policies and procedure.

Requirements

· At least 4 years of experience in Australian Taxation is mandatory
· Ready to work do work from office
· At least 3 years of experience managing a team.
· Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
· Solid communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
· Ability to communicate directly with foreign clients
