ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead our financial operations
and strategy in a fast-paced fintech setting. The ideal candidate will have
a robust foundation in accounting, financial planning & analysis (FP&A;),
compliance, and business partnering, with a hands-on approach to managing the
finance function of a growing organization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;)
Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling to support strategic
decision-making.
Prepare monthly MIS reports, analyze variances, and recommend corrective
actions.
Partner with business teams to assess ROI on recent initiatives and optimize
unit economics.
Accounting & Compliance
Oversee end-to-end accounting operations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and
adherence to Ind AS, US GAAP, and IFRS standards.
Own the month-end and year-end close processes, including reconciliations,
provisions, and accruals, ensuring integrity of the general ledger and
financial statements.
Drive the function by,



implementing and monitoring internal controls over
financial reporting (ICFR) and ensuring full audit-readiness where
applicable.
Lead and coordinate statutory, internal, and tax audits, ensuring zero
non-compliance and timely resolution of audit observations.
Ensure compliance with all direct and indirect tax obligations (GST, TDS,
Income Tax, FEMA, etc.) and maintain up-to-date regulatory documentation.
Cash Flow & Treasury Management
Manage working capital efficiently, monitor cash flow, and ensure optimal
fund utilization.
Liaise with banks, NBFCs, and investors for treasury operations and fund
management
Strategic & Investor Support
Support fundraising activities, investor due diligence, and capital
structuring initiatives.
Prepare board-level presentations, investor reports, & financial performance
summaries highlighting key business metrics and growth levers.
