Seeking an experienced Shift In-Charge to manage operations of a 10 MW captive power plant. Ensure efficiency, safety, and compliance while optimizing performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage plant operations, monitoring equipment for optimal performance
Ensure safety and regulatory compliance
Conduct inspections, troubleshoot mechanical issues, and coordinate maintenance
Optimize efficiency and minimize downtime
Train and supervise shift personnel
Qualifications:
Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
5+ years in power plant operations, ideally in a captive setup
Solid knowledge of boilers, turbines, generators and grid management
Leadership, troubleshooting, and decision-making skills
Be part of a energetic team driving operational excellence in the steel & power sector.
