About the Job

We are looking for a confident and guest-focused Front Office Supervisor to lead the front desk operations at Minimalist Panjim. You will supervise the Front Office team, ensure smooth day-to-day operations, and create a warm, productive and memorable guest experience.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling guests independently, managing shifts, coordinating with other departments and taking ownership of Front Office operations.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and support Front Office Associates during daily operations and shifts.
Oversee smooth and efficient check-in and check-out procedures.
Handle guest queries, requests and complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.
Manage room assignments, reservations, walk-ins and guest records.
Coordinate closely with Housekeeping to ensure room readiness and accurate room status.
Ensure accurate billing, payments, cash handling and shift closing procedures.
Monitor and maintain Front Office logs, reports and daily operational records.




Ensure proper handovers between shifts and communicate key guest information.
Assist in upselling rooms, upgrades and hotel services wherever appropriate.
Maintain high standards of grooming, communication and guest service within the team.
Train and guide Front Office Associates on SOPs, PMS usage and guest handling.
Coordinate with Reservations, Housekeeping, F&B; and other departments for smooth hotel operations.
Ensure the reception and lobby area remains clean, organised and guest-ready.
Handle escalated guest concerns and act as the first point of contact when required.
Ensure compliance with hotel policies, cash-handling procedures and operational standards.

Qualifications & Skills
Graduate / 12th pass with relevant hospitality experience.
1–3 years of experience in Front Office operations, preferably in a hotel or boutique hospitality workplace.
Previous experience in a supervisory or senior Front Off
