Experience: 5 - 10 years in metallurgical lab operations within a foundry setting

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct chemical and spectrometric analysis of ferrous alloys and raw materials
Supervise lab operations including sample preparation, wet analysis, and spectrometer calibration
Monitor melting and casting parameters to ensure metallurgical integrity
Perform sand, flux, and resin testing as per industry standards
Maintain documentation for ISO, PED, and customer audits
Collaborate with production teams for process control and quality improvement
Ensure compliance with safety and environmental protocols

Qualifications:
B.E./M.Sc./B.Sc. in Metallurgy, Industrial Chemistry, or related field
Hands-on experience with spectrometers, UTM, hardness testers, and metallography tools
Solid analytical and documentation skills
