About the Role

Propteliio Consultants Private Limited is looking for ambitious, confident, and result-driven Property Advisors to join our growing real estate sales team.

As a Property Advisor, you will be responsible for understanding clients’ property requirements, advising them on suitable real estate opportunities, conducting site visits, maintaining robust follow-ups,



and assisting clients throughout the sales and closing process.

Key Responsibilities
Generate and handle leads through company-provided databases, inbound inquiries, referrals, and other sources.
Make outbound calls and connect with prospective property buyers.
Understand clients’ requirements, preferences, budgets, and investment objectives.
Advise clients on suitable residential and investment property opportunities.
Schedule and conduct property presentations and site visits.
Build and maintain solid relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Conduct regular follow-ups and maintain an active sales pipeline.
Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, locations, and key investment benefit
