Job Summary:

The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) will lead the business development efforts for
the Dealer Business Group within the CV Commercial Banking vertical. This role
involves managing a team of Relationship Managers, driving sales targets,
expanding dealer networks, and deepening client relationships across the
assigned region.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development
Drive acquisition of recent dealer relationships and commercial vehicle
financing prospects.
Achieve regional sales targets across loan products, working capital, and
dealer financing solutions.
Identify and develop strategic partnerships with OEMs and large dealer
groups.

Client Relationship Management
Maintain and grow relationships with key dealers and commercial clients.




Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through proactive service and
customized financial solutions.
Monitor client portfolios for performance, risk, and cross-sell
opportunities.

Team Leadership
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Relationship Managers and Sales Officers.
Conduct regular training and performance reviews to enhance team
productivity.
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous
improvement.

Market Intelligence & Strategy
Analyze regional market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
Provide insights to senior management for product development and strategic
planning.
Implement regional marketing campaigns and dealer engagement initiatives.

Compliance & Risk Management
Ensure adherence to internal credit policies, regulatory guidelines, and
audit standards.
Monitor portfolio quality and take corrective actions to mitigate risks.
