Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Interior Designer with expertise in commercial buildings, corporate offices, co-working spaces, and premium workspaces . The candidate will be responsible for planning, designing, and overseeing the execution of commercial interiors.

Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end interior design and execution for commercial spaces.
Develop space plans, layouts, 2D/3D designs, and design concepts.
Plan reception areas, offices, meeting rooms, common areas, and workspaces.
Coordinate with management, architects, vendors, contractors, and consultants.
Conduct site visits and monitor execution, quality, timelines, and budget.
Select appropriate materials, furniture, lighting, and finishes.
Act as the primary point of contact for interior design and infrastructure requirements.

Requirements
Degree/Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture.
Robust portfolio showcasing commercial building or workspace projects.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools.
Robust project management, communication, and vendor coordination skills.
