Job Description
We are looking for a highly driven Business Development Executive (4–5 years of experience) with a solid focus on revenue generation, client acquisition, and strategic business expansion. This role requires expertise in B2B sales, account management, and consultative selling, ensuring long-term partnerships that drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have at least 3+ years of relevant experience as a Business Development Manager, with a proven track record of handling Tier-1 Clients and OEMs.

Strategic Lead Generation & Sales Pipeline Development: Identify, engage, and convert high-value prospects through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn prospecting, and networking.n
Prospecting & Business Expansion: Identify potential recent clients and convert them into long-term business partnerships.n
Revenue Generation & Client Acquisition: Drive sales and meet/exceed revenue targets by closing high-impact deals.n
Ensure a Robust Sales Pipeline: Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities,

Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Conduct in-depth industry research to understand market trends, competition, and customer pain points for strategic positioning.n

Solution Selling & Consultative Approach: Understand client challenges and position our offerings as value-driven solutions to enhance sales conversions.n
Lead Generation & Outreach: Execute strategic email marketing, LinkedIn searches, and leverage client references to generate new opportunities.n
