Marketing Executive

Velociti Real Estate is looking for a Marketing Manager with 2–5 years of experience to support and execute our digital and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with agencies - digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads and other relevant platforms
Monitor campaign performance, leads, CPL, conversions and other key marketing metrics
Coordinate with sales and presales teams to improve lead quality and conversions
Manage social media campaigns and coordinate content requirements
Support SEO, SEM and website marketing initiatives
Track marketing spends and campaign performance through regular reports
Conduct basic market and competitor research
Work with external agencies and vendors wherever required
Explore and implement recent digital marketing opportunities relevant to the real estate industry





What We’re Looking For
2–5 years of relevant experience in digital/performance marketing
Experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads
Understanding of lead generation and campaign analytics
Good knowledge of digital marketing fundamentals, social media and SEO/SEM
Robust communication and coordination skills
Candidates with real estate, construction or property marketing experience will be preferred
Hands-on, execution-oriented approach with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and tasks

Significant: This is a junior-mid-level individual contributor/execution-focused role. Candidates with significantly higher experience or senior/head-level profiles may not be suitable.
