Role Overview
We are seeking a highly analytical, organized, and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our team. The primary focus of this role is to manage our financial administration, invoicing, and corporate expenses. However, as a energetic advisory firm, we need a versatile skilled who is equally comfortable stepping outside traditional accounting boundaries to handle ancillary responsibilities in executive support, HR operations, and office management.

Key Responsibilities
Financial & Accounts Management (Primary Focus)
Zoho Financial Administration: Act as the primary administrator for the company’s financial software ecosystem,



specifically maintaining and updating Zoho Books and Zoho Expense to ensure pristine financial records.
Invoice & Accounts Processing: Manage the end-to-end invoice lifecycle. Generate accurate client invoices, track accounts payable/receivable, process vendor payments, and follow up on outstanding dues.
Expense & Reimbursement Management: Oversee, audit, and process all expense reports, ensuring timely and accurate reimbursements for travel-related costs, flights, hotels, and other operational expenditures.
Payment & Card Management: Manage corporate and executive credit cards, reconcile monthly statements, and securely handle personal payment management for the executive team as required.
Executive & Administrative Support (Ancillary)
Calendar & Meetings: Coordinate executive schedules, arrange internal and external meetings across various international time zones, and prepare accurate m
