nAbout the Role : Envirocare Infrasolution Private Limited is looking for a agile and detail-oriented qualified to join its Central Project Monitoring Team. The role focuses on end-to-end project tracking, coordination, and ensuring timely execution with quality and safety compliance.
nObjective of the Role : To be a part of the Central Project Monitoring Team and ensure effective planning, monitoring, coordination, and execution of projects across assigned locations, maintaining timelines, quality standards, and operational efficiency.
nKey Responsibilities

Monitor day-to-day project activities across multiple sites based on assigned Projects.n
Monitoring of the Projects through L-3 Network or Gantt Chart or MS - Projectsn
Ensure strict adherence to safety and quality compliance standards at project sitesn
Coordinate with vendors for timely supply of plant and machinery as per approved BBQn
Liaise with detailed engineering consultants for release of tender documents and drawingsn
Evaluate technical offers from vendors and support the tender finalization processn
Track and monitor purchase orders to ensure timely executionn
Maintain regular communication with vendors/suppliers to ensure dispatches align with schedulesn
Identify delays or deviations in committed schedules and proactively address themn
Prepare periodic project monitoring reports and dashboards for management reviewn
