nRole-Customer Service Coordinator
nLocation: Gurgaon – Bhondsi
nShift: 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
nMonday to Saturday working with Sunday fixed off
nSalary- Upto 4.80lpa
nJob Summary:
nThe Service Coordinator will be responsible for managing service operations,
ncoordinating with engineers and stakeholders, ensuring accurate system updates,
nand supporting overall service workflow while adhering to Stryker's quality and
ncompliance standards.
nKey Responsibilities:

n
Register service complaints/events and assign engineersn
Provide updates and coordination support to field engineersn
Partner with field and in-house teams for workflow and process improvementsn
Coordinate with internal and external customers for approvals and inputsn
Coordinate with logistics partners for reverse and forward pickupsn
Maintain and track loaner equipment and follow up for retrievaln
Coordinate with inventory team for spare availability and reconciliationn




Create, update, assign, and reassign Preventive Maintenance (PM) requestsn
Follow up with channel partners, ASPs, and engineers for install base updatesn
Track warranty and contract expiry for customersn
Coordinate internally for quotations and contract proposalsn
Maintain accurate data in systems and prepare reports as per defined metricsn
Provide extended support as requiredn
Ensure adherence to Stryker Quality Management System and compliance guidelinesn
Accurately enter order data and verify entitlement and serial number coveragen
Assist in month-end closing activitiesn

nRequired Skills:

Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (including Pivot Tables) andcPowerPointn
Good reporting and presentation skillsn
Robust coordination and organizational abilitiesn
Positive communication skills in English and Hindi (regional language is an added advantage)n
