Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the Modern Trade channel.n
Develop and execute strategies to drive volume, market share, and profitability inn

Monitor and analyze sales performance and implement corrective measures ton

nbridge gaps.

Key Account Managementn
Build and maintain relationships with key up-to-date trade accounts in the assignedn

nterritory.

Negotiate and execute agreements, promotions, and displays with key accounts.n
Ensure seamless operations with modern trade chains, including stock availabilityn

nand merchandising.
n
n
Team Management and Coordinationn
Lead and guide a team of Sales Officers and Merchandisers to execute plansn

neffectively.
n
n
Train and develop the team to improve productivity and sales execution.n




Collaborate with the marketing team to implement trade marketing activities.n
Distributor and Supply Chain Managementn
Ensure proper supply chain management to avoid stock-outs at customer points.n
Monitor distributor performance and ensure adherence to company policies andn

nprocedures.

Regularly review inventory levels and ensure optimal stocking at contemporary traden

noutlets.

Market Insights and Reportingn

Conduct regular market visits to ensure proper execution of sales and promotionaln

Gather and analyze competitor activity and consumer trends in the modern traden
