Role Overview
nA Senior Visualizer is responsible for translating creative concepts into compelling visual designs across digital and print platforms. This role requires strong design expertise, creative thinking, and the ability to lead visual storytelling for campaigns.
nKey Responsibilities

Develop high-quality visual concepts for digital campaigns, social media, websites, and branding.n
Collaborate with copywriters, creative directors, and marketing teams to bring ideas to life.n
Lead the design process from concept to execution.n
Ensure consistency in brand identity across all visual outputs.n
Create designs for:n
Social media creativesn
Ad campaigns (Google, Meta, etc.)n
Website layouts and landing pagesn
Emailers and bannersn
Mentor junior designers and review their work.n
Stay updated with design trends, tools,



and industry standards.n
Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.n

Robust proficiency in:n
Adobe Photoshopn
Adobe Illustratorn
Adobe After Effects / Premiere Pro (preferred)n
Positive understanding of:n
Typographyn
Color theoryn
Layout and compositionn

nExperience & Qualifications

3–6+ years of experience in a creative/design rolen
Prior experience in a digital marketing agency preferredn
Solid portfolio showcasing creative work across platformsn
Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, or related field (preferred)n
