About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Marketplace Ads Manager who will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and scaling paid advertising campaigns across leading e-commerce marketplaces. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in marketplace advertising, performance marketing, campaign analytics, and driving profitable growth.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and manage end-to-end marketplace advertising campaigns across platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, and other relevant marketplaces.
Develop marketplace advertising strategies aligned with sales, revenue, ROAS, and profitability objectives.
Set up, monitor, and optimize Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Display Ads, and other marketplace ad formats.
Conduct keyword research, search-term analysis, competitor analysis, and bid optimization.
Monitor campaign performance and optimize ACOS, ROAS, CTR, CPC, conversion rate, and sales.




Manage daily and monthly advertising budgets and ensure effective utilization of ad spends.
Identify opportunities for scaling high-performing campaigns while reducing inefficient spends.
Analyze product-level performance and recommend strategies for improving visibility, conversions, and profitability.
Work closely with marketplace, content, creative, and account management teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with overall business objectives.
Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights to internal teams and clients.
Track marketplace trends, competitor activity, algorithm changes, and emerging advertising prospects.
Conduct A/B testing of keywords, bids, creatives, targeting, and campaign structures.
Troubleshoot campaign performance issues and implement corrective strategies.
Mentor and guide junior marketplace advertising team members where required.
