nAbout the Role
nWe're looking for a Lead Account Manager who can own client relationships end-to-end while building performance strategies that actually move the needle. You'll be the bridge between client ambitions and agency execution — equal parts strategist, advisor, and problem-solver.
nThis is a role for someone who's as comfortable in a strategy deck as they are in a client call. Someone who understands performance media deeply, communicates with confidence, and knows how to keep both clients and internal teams aligned and motivated.
nWhat You'll Do

Own and manage a portfolio of key client accounts — serving as the primary point of contact and strategic advisorn




Develop and present full-funnel performance marketing strategies across Meta, Google, YouTube, and other digital platformsn
Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual planning discussions with clientsn
Work closely with media buyers, creative teams, and analysts to ensure seamless campaign execution and deliveryn
Monitor campaign performance, identify growth opportunities, and proactively recommend optimisationsn
Handle escalations, manage expectations, and build long-term client trustn
Identify and drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accountsn
Mentor junior account managers and contribute to building solid servicing processesn
Represent the agency in client meetings, reviews, and pitchesn

nWhat We're Looking For

4–6 years of experience in account management or client servicing, with at least 1–2 years in a lead rolen
Agency background strongly preferredn
Solid working knowledge of performance marketing
