About the role





Strategic Program Management
Own and drive strategic space technology programs sponsored by the Founder
and CEO.
Translate high-level business and mission objectives across Space Situational
Awareness (SSA), Space Domain Awareness (SDA), space-based sensors, satellite
systems, and data platforms into structured execution roadmaps.
Define program milestones, dependencies, deliverables, KPIs, and success
metrics across engineering, product, and business teams.
Establish execution cadences, governance mechanisms, and program dashboards
for critical initiatives.
Track end-to-end progress across technology development, productization,
deployment, and operations.
Identify technical, operational, commercial, and execution risks and drive
timely mitigation.
