nOur client is looking to hire energetic specialists with a solid background in real estate sales (especially with Pune market), specifically in selling high-end luxury, premium and affordable residential properties.
nResponsibilities

Drive direct and indirect salesn
Build and nurture relationships with channel partners, brokers, and wealth managers to ensure steady pipeline.n




Develop deep understanding of client needs and offer personalised property solutions.n
Represent the brand with sophistication and discretion in line with the expectationsn
Manage site visits, negotiation, deal closures, and post-sales client engagement.n
Lead the sales teams for all projectsn

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Businessn
15+ years' of sales experiencen
Excellent written and verbal communication skillsn
