n What You’ll Be Doin

g:Own the onboarding and implementation process for assigned customer accountn
s.Act as the primary point of contact for customers during the post-sales lifecycln
e.Build robust relationships with business and technical stakeholdern
s.Coordinate with Product, Engineering, and Support teams to resolve customer queries and implementation issuen




s.Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and feature walkthroughn
s.Drive product adoption by educating customers on platform capabilities and best practicen
s.Monitor customer health, platform usage, and engagement metricn
s.Proactively identify risks and escalate concerns to internal teams when requiren
d.Support renewal conversations by ensuring customers realize value from the platforn
m.Identify prospects for account growth through upselling and cross-sellinn
g.Gather customer feedback and share insights with Product and Engineering teamn
s.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, action items, and implementation progress using CRM tooln
