nRole Overview
nAs Delivery Director, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of large-scale, multi-stream banking transformation programs, with a focus on Banking Domain. You will be responsible for ensuring delivery excellence, robust governance, and successful program outcomes across global engagements.
nKey Responsibilities
nProgram Leadership:

Lead and oversee the delivery of complex, multi-entity Banking transformation programs, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.n
Drive program governance, milestone tracking, risk management, and stakeholder engagement at all levels.n

nTeam Management:

Manage and mentor cross-functional teams spanning business analysis, technology, QA, infrastructure, and DevOps.n
Foster a high-performance culture and ensure effective resource allocation across projects.n

nDelivery Excellence:

Ensure adherence to contractual commitments, budgets, timelines, and compliance requirements.n
Drive cadence reviews, status reporting, escalation management, and change control processes.n

nStakeholder Engagement:

Build and maintain solid relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including C-level executives.n
Act as the primary escalation point for program delivery issues and risk mitigation.n

nContinuous Improvement:

Champion best practices in delivery methodologies (Agile, Secure, DevOps) and value-based services such as automation and system engineering.n
