nThis is NOT a traditional "Product Manager" role. The core product vision, roadmap and prioritisation are led centrally. This role is about execution excellence — translating business and product requirements into explicit, structured delivery across Design and Engineering teams.

Convert product/business requirements into structured execution plansn
Break down initiatives into milestones,

Coordinate between Product, Design, Engineering and Business teamsn
Track deliverables, dependencies, risks and bottlenecksn
Run weekly sprint reviews/delivery callsn
Ensure deadlines are met without compromising qualityn
Proactively flag gaps, ambiguities or execution risksn
Maintain transparent documentation and task visibilityn
Drive accountability across teamsn

2–4 years of experience in:n

A Digital Marketing Agency (as an Account Manager / Project Coordinator managing client expectations and internal teams), ORn
A Software Development Company, ORn
A Tech Startup where they managed Design and/or Engineering teamsn
