nThe Assitant Manager - Sales & Marketing will lead and drive the strategic growth of JJ Plastalloy’s Polymer Compounds and MB division.

n Key Responsibilities

n Market & Competitor Understanding:

Identify customer needs and monitor market trends within assigned regions.n
Track competitor offerings and share insights to support product positioning.n

n Sales & Product Support:
n
n
n
Achieve sales targets through effective territory management.n
Support product and technical teams to meet customer requirements.n
Maintain product mix, volume, and pricing as per business goals.n

n
n Sales Planning & Execution:
n
n
n
Execute territory wise sales plans aligned with organizational goals.n




Support key initiatives to drive market penetration and business growth.n

n
n Customer Relationship Management:
n
n
n
Engage with customers regularly to understand requirements and resolve concerns.n
Build long-term relationships to drive repeat business and cross-selling prospects.n

n Reporting & CRM Management
n
n
n
Maintain sales reports (daily/weekly/monthly) and update activities in CRM (Zoho preferred).n
Provide market intelligence, forecasting inputs, and timely updates to the zonal team.n

n Channel Sales Support
n
n
n
Work with distributors to ensure adequate support, coordination, and sales enablement.n
Assist in assessing distributor performance and maintaining solid channel alignment.n
