nMakoons Play School is looking for a energetic and growth-focused professional to join our Head Office team as a Assistant Manager ( growth ) The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sales and business development, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive business expansion initiatives across different regions.
nKey Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities to support organizational growth.n
Drive sales and business development activities to achieve targets.n
Build and maintain solid relationships with prospective and existing clients.n
Conduct market research, field visits, and business meetings.n
Support franchise expansion and growth initiatives.n




Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of business strategies.n
Prepare and share regular reports on business development activities and growth performance.n

nRequirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Growth, or Expansion roles.n
Experience in the Education Industry will be preferred.n
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.n
Strong interpersonal and relationship-management abilities.n
Target-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive approach.n
Willingness to travel extensively across India for business meetings and expansion activities.n
