Job Summary:
nThe Site Manager will be responsible for end-to-end management of assigned food service sites, ensuring smooth operations, quality service delivery, client satisfaction, and team management. The role requires solid operational control, adherence to food safety standards, and the ability to manage on-ground challenges effectively.
nKey Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of the assigned site (cafeteria / corporate dining / cloud kitchen)n
Ensure timely and high-quality food service as per company standardsn
Manage and supervise kitchen and service staff, including attendance, scheduling, and performancen
Maintain strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and compliance standards (FSSAI, audits, etc.)n
Coordinate with procurement and stores for inventory planning and stock controln
Monitor food cost, wastage, and overall site profitabilityn
Act as the primary point of contact for client coordination and issue resolutionn
Handle customer feedback and ensure high satisfaction levelsn




Ensure proper maintenance of equipment and coordinate with maintenance teamsn
Prepare daily/weekly reports (MIS, consumption, wastage, attendance, etc.)n
Implement SOPs and ensure operational discipline across the siten

nRequired Skills & Qualifications:
n
n
Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or related fieldn
3–6 years of experience in F&B; operations, preferably in corporate catering / cloud kitchensn
Robust leadership and team management skillsn
Positive understanding of kitchen operations and service standardsn
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene compliancen
Ability to handle client interactions professionallyn
Problem-solving and decision-making skillsn

nPreferred Qualifications:

Experience in managing multiple outlets or large-volume sitesn
Familiarity with MIS reporting and cost controln
Exposure to audits and compliance processesn
