nFor our Recruitment / Staffing business, we are seeking a high-performing Business Manager with proven experience in new client acquisition for contract staffing, strong commercial understanding, and deep industry networks. The role is primarily focused on business development, sales, revenue growth, and margin management across multiple industry verticals.
nKey Responsibilities

Drive recent client acquisition for permanent recruitment, contract staffing services, RPO, and payroll solutions across IT and Non-IT sectorsn
Identify, prospect, and onboard clients through cold calling, cold prospecting, networking, and referralsn
Build and manage strong relationships with CXOs, HR Heads, Procurement Heads, and Business Leadersn
Own end-to-end commercial discussions including bill rates, mark-ups,



gross margin, net margin, and EBITDA impactn

Develop and execute account acquisition strategies for industries such as:n
IT / Digital / Product & Servicesn
EPC, Infrastructure & Constructionn
Healthcare / Pharma / Life Sciencesn
Automotive & Auto Ancillariesn
Oil & Gasn
Energy, Power & Renewablesn
Manufacturing, Engineering & Industrialn

Collaborate with recruitment and delivery teams to ensure timely fulfilment and client satisfactionn
Should have the confidence to generate business from the get-go.n
Track revenue, billing, collections, and profitability for assigned accountsn
Stay updated with market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing benchmarksn
