n Role Overview
nWe’re looking for a Client Success (Chat) Associate to manage client conversations entirely over chat/WhatsApp. You will be the voice of Voy - supporting clients with rapid, empathetic, and professional communication throughout their health journey.

n What You’ll Be Doing ?

Respond to client queries on Chat/WhatsApp in a timely and professional mannern
Guide clients on programs, meal plans, onboarding, renewals, and appointmentsn
Maintain a warm, encouraging, and health-focused brand voicen
Manage multiple chat conversations efficiently without losing contextn
Capture feedback and common pain points to improve the client experiencen

n What We’re Looking For ?

Excellent written English and solid text-based communication skillsn
Ability to convey empathy, clarity, and professionalism through chatn
High typing speed and comfort using WhatsApp Business/Webn
Solid multitasking and problem-solving skillsn
Interest in nutrition, wellness, or health is a plusn
