nAbout the Role
nWe are looking for a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our growing team in Chennai. In this role, you will be part of our Chennai-based outsourcing team,



working closely with our UK counterparts to deliver high-quality financial support. You'll handle daily bookkeeping functions, support monthly reporting, and communicate with UK clients—all while being trained on UK accounting systems and expectations.
nKey Responsibilities

Maintain accurate financial records and prepare reportsn
Perform daily bookkeeping: bank reconciliations, A/P, A/R, and payroll supportn
Record journal entries and ensure compliance with UK accounting standardsn
Assist in monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial closingsn
Use cloud-based accounting software like Xero and QuickBooksn
Liaise with UK clients and accountants in a timely and professional mannern
Maintain organized digital records and uphold internal process standardsn
