Position Overview
nWe are looking for an experienced, hands-on Accountant who can independently own the day-to-day books of accounts, statutory compliance, and MIS reporting. You will work closely with the founders and be the go-to person for everything related to accounting accuracy, tax compliance, and financial reporting.

n Key Roles & Responsibilities
n Books of Accounts
n
n
Maintain complete and accurate books of accounts in Tally (Prime/ERP 9)n
Record day-to-day transactions: sales, purchases, expenses, journal entries, bank entriesn
Perform monthly bank reconciliations and ledger scrutinyn
Manage accounts payable and receivable, vendor reconciliations, and ageing reportsn
Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing of booksn

n GST & E-Way Billing
n
n
Generate e-way bills and e-invoices for outbound shipments (B2B and bulk orders)n
Prepare and file GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B; reconcile GSTR-2B with purchase registern
Handle GST input credit reconciliation and follow up with vendors on mismatchesn





n TDS & Direct Tax
n
n
Compute and deduct TDS on salaries, contractor payments, rent, skilled fees, etc.n
Timely deposit of TDS and filing of quarterly TDS returns (24Q, 26Q)n
Issue Form 16 / 16A and resolve TRACES defaults/noticesn
Coordinate with CA for advance tax, income tax filings, and assessmentsn

n Payroll Compliance (EPFO / ESIC)
n

Process monthly EPF and ESIC contributions and challans via EPFO/ESIC portalsn
Manage UAN generation, KYC updates, employee additions/exits on the portaln
Support payroll processing: salary computations, overtime, F&F; settlementsn
Ensure compliance with PT (if applicable) and labour-related statutory paymentsn

n MIS & Reporting
n

Prepare monthly MIS reports: P&L;, cash flow, expense analysis, revenue dashboardsn
Track budgets vs. actuals and flag variances to managementn
Maintain fixed asset register and depreciation sc
