Job Overview

We are looking for a Senior Solar Sales Executive to drive B2B sales and business development for solar power solutions. The role will focus on identifying new business opportunities, acquiring Commercial & Industrial (C&I;) customers, developing client relationships, and achieving sales and revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities
Generate recent business opportunities and drive B2B Solar Sales.
Identify and acquire Commercial & Industrial (C&I;) customers.
Develop and maintain solid relationships with industrial clients, consultants, EPC companies, channel partners and key stakeholders.
Conduct client meetings, site visits and presentations to understand customer requirements.
Prepare proposals, quotations, techno-commercial offers and project presentations.
Negotiate commercial terms and customer contracts.
Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales/revenue targets.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
Coordinate with engineering,



project execution and O&M; teams for smooth project implementation.
Maintain long-term customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, sales pipelines and business updates for management.
Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions and networking meetings.

Candidate Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in Solar / Renewable Energy Sales.
Strong experience in B2B Solar Sales / Business Development.
Experience in customer acquisition and client relationship management.
Candidates with Commercial / Industrial or rooftop solar exposure will be preferred.
Robust communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
Ability to work independently, generate leads and achieve sales targets.
