Job Role: Store Manager

Job Description
Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the store.
Ensure excellent customer service and a positive shopping experience.
Monitor and control store inventory and stock levels.
Manage stock receiving, storage, and movement.
Implement effective loss prevention and control measures.
Supervise and manage store staff and allocate daily responsibilities.
Monitor employee performance and ensure adherence to store procedures.
Ensure the store maintains proper cleanliness, organization, and operational standards.
Ensure compliance with corporate policies and local regulations.
Monitor billing and cashier operations when required.
Handle customer complaints and resolve operational issues.
Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth store operations.
Monitor sales, inventory, and operational performance.
Prepare and maintain required store reports and records.

Identify and prevent stock loss, damage, and operational discrepancies.
Coordinate stock audits and inventory verification.

Team Management
Supervise store employees and assign daily duties.
Monitor staff performance and productivity.
Train and guide team members on store procedures and customer service.
Ensure proper staffing and shift management.
