nwn Lead Engagement & Sales Conversion
n

Connect with leads generated through Meta, Google, Justdial, organic channels, and other sourcesn
Have meaningful, consultative conversations to understand learner needs, interests, and goalsn
Recommend the right music programs and encourage prospects to visit the centren




Schedule trial classes and centre visits based on teacher availability and batch calendarn
Follow up consistently and convert bookings into actual visits and enrolmentn
Own key funnel metrics such as Lead-to-Booking % and Booking-to-Visitn

Welcome learners and parents visiting the centresn
Understand their requirements, availability, and course preferencesn
Guide them towards the most suitable program and batchn
Coordinate with teachers and the Centre Head to ensure a smooth onboarding experiencn

ne. CRM & Performance Management

Maintain accurate lead data and follow-up records in the CRMn
Track daily activities, conversions, and funnel performancen
Ensure strong follow-up discipline and timely movement of leads through the sales funneln
