We develop vehicle-based games in the simulation, driving, and racing genres. We have a robust user base of millions and are now looking for a ‘Sr. Product Manager ' to help us reach the next level.

n Job Summary
nAs a Sr. Product Manager, you will own the end-to-end product lifecycle for our games, with a robust focus on revenue growth, user engagement, and monetization strategy.
nYou will work closely with design, analytics, UA, and engineering teams to build data-driven features, optimize in-game economy, and maximize both in-app purchases and ad monetization, while maintaining a robust player experience.

n Key Responsibilities

Own product strategy, roadmap, and execution for one or more game titlesn
Drive P&L; ownership and revenue growth across global marketsn
Analyse user behaviour, engagement, and retention to inform product decisionsn
Identify and prioritize features based on data, user insights, and business impactn

n Monetization and Revenue Ownership:

Design and optimize in-app monetization systems, including virtual goods, pricing, and offersn
Own ad monetization strategy across formats such as rewarded videos, interstitials, and bannersn
Optimize key monetization metrics including ARPDAU, eCPM, fill rate, and LTVn
Work with ad networks and mediation platforms such as AdMob, AppLovin, Unity Ads, and IronSourcen
Run A/B tests to optimize ad placements, frequency, and pricing strategiesn
Balance revenue generation with user experience to ensure long-term reten
