Post the sale - Cross-check all customer documents, including Signed booking form and associated costs, Booking amount receipt, KYC documents.n

Co-ordination with GREs to get customer's photo/testimonials and google reviews.n
Ensure that all customer emails are acknowledged within 24 hoursn
Preparing AOS checklistn
Sale agreement execution process – Co-ordinating with the customer for agreement signatures.n
Preparation of bank documents and handing over to the banker for further disbursement.n
Updating the daily payments in SFn
Updating the status of AOS in SFn
Maintaining the customer data in SFn
Answering the customer calls.n
