We are looking for an Assistant Manager / Team Lead – Recruitment with 8+ years of experience in recruitment consulting, preferably in Sales Hiring and Technical Sales Hiring to join our dynamic team in Pune.n
Proven experience in bulk hiring and managing multiple hiring requirements within defined timelinesn
Hands-on experience in leading a team of at least 5–6 recruiters, providing guidance, monitoring performance, and ensuring delivery targets are metn
Strong experience in stakeholder management, including understanding client requirements, setting hiring priorities, and ensuring timely closures.n
Experience in handling deliveries, understanding & cascading client requirements and achieve targetsn
Supporting the client HR team in other transactional areas, if requestedn




Proven track record of managing end-to-end recruitment processes for mid to senior-level roles.n

nPRE-REQUISITES

Experience working in a recruitment consulting/staffing environment with the ability to perform in a fast-paced, target-driven setupn
8–12 years of recruitment experience, with a robust focus on Technical Sales Hiring/Sales Hiring.n
Experience in Team Leading and/or Account Management, with proven delivery ownership.n
Solid data management skills with hands-on experience in MIS reporting and recruitment trackers.n
Strong communication, coordination, and relationship management skills with clients and internal stakeholdern
Energetic, accomplished and creative personnel with outstanding recruitment and management skillsn
