nWe are seeking experienced and agile skilled s Manager/Senior Manager/Deputy General Manager - Sales & Business Development (SMT Business) to drive sales growth, business expansion, and strategic partnerships within India’s electronics manufacturing ecosystem.

nThe ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of Surface Mount Technology (SMT), electronics manufacturing processes, and a proven track record of high-value technical sales . The role involves extensive travel across India to develop client relationships, identify business opportunities, and support project implementation.

n Key Responsibilities:

Sales Development: Drive sales of SMT equipment and automation solutions by identifying new business prospects and developing long-term customer relationships.n
Market Expansion: Analyse emerging trends in the electronics manufacturing sector to develop market entry and growth strategies across key regions.n
Customer Engagement: Work closely with OEMs, EMS providers,



and manufacturing units to position NMTronics as their preferred technology partner.n
Solution Selling: Collaborate with technical teams to propose the right mix of SMT solutions based on customer requirements and production goals.n
Vendor & Partner Coordination: Liaise with global technology partners to align on pricing, product roadmaps, and joint marketing initiatives.n
Travel & On-Ground Presence: Frequent travel (60–70%) across India for client visits, demonstrations, trade shows, and installations.n

n Technical Skills
n
n
Strong technical understanding of Surface Mount Technology (SMT) processes and equipment — including Pick & Place machines, Reflow Ovens, Screen Printers, AOI, SPI, and Conveyors n
Proven experience in selling capital equipment or turnkey SMT manufacturing solutions n
Familiarity with PCB assembly processes, soldering techniques, and line balancing n
Good knowledge of factory automation systems, ro
