Manage and maintain enterprise network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and Internet connectivity.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues to ensure maximum uptime and optimal performance.
Design, configure, and implement network devices such as routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
Plan and execute network upgrades, firmware updates, system patching, and preventive maintenance.
Monitor network performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement performance optimization measures.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze recurring issues and implement long-term solutions.
Provide L2/L3 technical support for network, server, and desktop-related issues.
Ensure network security by implementing firewall policies, VPN configurations, access controls, and security best practices.
Maintain technical documentation, network diagrams, SOPs, and incident reports.
Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to the support team.
Coordinate with vendors and OEMs for issue resolution, warranty claims, and hardware procurement.
