Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
1–2 years of experience in the overseas education / study-abroad industry, preferably in Business Development, Sales, Student Recruitment, or Agent Relations.
Fluent in English, with robust verbal and written communication skills.
Robust interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with education consultants and B2B partners.
Valuable knowledge of international education markets, universities, and student recruitment processes.
Willingness to travel for agent visits, business meetings, education fairs, and networking events.
Target-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
Basic proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office/Google Workspace, and reporting systems.
