15–20 years of experience in academics and researchn
Robust track record of teaching, research, publications, and academic leadershipn
Experience in leading academic programs, faculty teams, research initiatives, and institutional developmentn
Demonstrated ability to build research culture, industry collaborations and academic partnershipsn
Robust understanding of emerging areas in CSE and the evolving higher-education landscapen
Excellent leadership, communication, mentoring, and team-building capabilities.n

Provide strategic leadership for the CSE academic and research ecosystemn
Drive excellence in teaching, curriculum development, accreditation, ranking and academic outcomesn
Strengthen research, innovation, patents, publications, and sponsored projectsn
Mentor and develop faculty and research teamsn
Build collaborations with industry, universities, research organizations, and international institutionsn
Contribute to the institution's long-term academic and research visionn
