nNMS is a rapid-growing women's hormonal health coaching brand. We work with women across India to help them take charge of their health with expert-led, personalised guidance. Our ads run full time, so our team gets a steady flow of qualified inbound leads every single day.
n What you'll do

Take scheduled calls with pre-qualified leads (no cold calling — every lead comes to you through our ads)n
Understand the client's health journey and recommend the right program for hern
Run structured consultation calls of 45–60 minutesn
Follow up, handle objections, and collect paymentsn
Maintain accurate CRM entries and daily reportingn
Attend the 10 AM team meeting and ongoing sales trainingn

No prior experience required — we train you completely from scratchn
Fluent Hindi + comfortable Englishn




Solid communication and genuine empathy — our clients are women who've struggled with their health for yearsn
Coachable attitude and willingness to take feedback dailyn
Laptop, reliable internet, quiet space for callsn
Ability to commit to a full-time schedule, 6 days a weekn

Fixed: ₹20,000–₹30,000/monthn
Incentive: tiered commission from 7.5% up to 12% on collectionsn
Weekly bounty: ₹10,000 for the first closer to collect ₹1.5L in a weekn
Monthly bounty: ₹30,000 on hitting the ₹8L milestonen

n How ₹1 lakh works: a closer collecting ₹6L in a month at the 12% slab earns ₹72,000 in commission + fixed ₹25,000 = ₹97,000+ , before bounties. Our top performers cross this. Earnings are performance-linked and uncapped.
