Job Title: Junior US IT Recruiter

Location: Nashik – On-site
Employment: Full-Time | 7 PM–3.30 AM IST (Night Shift), Monday–Friday

Key Responsibilities
Source IT candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Review and screen resumes based on job requirements.
Conduct initial candidate screening and interviews.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
Maintain and develop a solid candidate pipeline.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain accurate candidate information and recruitment records.
Learn and understand various IT roles, technologies, and job requirements.

Requirements:
Graduation is mandatory.
Excellent English communication skills.
Positive interpersonal and convincing skills.
Basic understanding of IT roles/technologies.
Knowledge of LinkedIn is a plus.
Willingness to learn and grow in IT recruitment.
0–3 years of experience in IT recruitment.
Freshers with solid communication skills are encouraged to apply.
