Job Description

Visa Quest Immigration Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage the company's financial records, maintain compliance, and support day-to-day accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge and be proficient in accounting software.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain day-to-day accounting records.
Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
Prepare GST returns, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
Perform bank reconciliations and cash flow management.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Process employee payroll and reimbursements.
Maintain invoices, vouchers, and financial documentation.
Coordinate with auditors, banks, and tax consultants.
Ensure compliance with Indian accounting standards and tax regulations.
Assist management with budgeting and financial planning.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance, or a related field.




2–5 years of accounting experience.
Proficiency in Tally Prime, MS Excel, and accounting software.
Good knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and bookkeeping.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Good communication skills in English and Hindi.

Preferred Qualifications
M.Com or CA Inter (Preferred but not mandatory).
Experience in the immigration, education, or consultancy industry is an advantage.
