Your Role

Experience
5+ years of experience inRetail/QSR POS systemsand store operations.
Strong experience withGK POS / GK Retail Store Commerce(highly preferred).
Proven track record of experience inL3 Production Support
Experience working in client-facing.

Mandatory Skills
StrongGK POS technical and functional expertise.
Deep understanding ofPOS architecture, transaction processing, payments, returns, promotions, receipts, and recovery workflows.
Experience in understandingPOS integrationsincluding ERP, OMS, payment gateway and eCommerce platforms.
Solid production support background including:
Incident Management
Major Incident Handling
Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
Problem Management
Release and Defect Triage
Ability to troubleshoot complex production issues through log analysis and system diagnostics.
Solid stakeholder management and communication skills

Your Profile

Leadership Expectations
Drive operational excellence, SLA adherence, RCA quality, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Coordinate with business teams, vendors, architects, and engineering teams.
Manage escalations and provide executive-level communication during critical incidents.

Exposure to monitoring and observability tools such asGrafana, Dynatrace, Splunk, CloudWatch, etc.
Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and functional architecture.
