PPIC – Outsourcing
Company: Kilitch Drugs (India) Ltd
Location: Mumbai
Job Responsibilities:
Plan and monitor third-party manufacturing and loan license operations.
Prepare MRP and coordinate material availability for outsourcing sites.
Raise Purchase Requisitions/POs in SAP and coordinate with vendors.
Follow up on production, dispatch, inventory, and documentation.
Coordinate with QA, QC, Purchase, Warehouse, Regulatory, and Finance teams.
Visit contract manufacturing sites for production follow-up and issue resolution.
Prepare MIS reports and ensure timely delivery as per plan.
Ensure compliance with GMP and company SOPs.
Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / B.Sc. / M.Sc.
Experience: 10–12 years in PPIC, Outsourcing, Third-Party Manufacturing, or Loan License operations in Pharma.
Skills: SAP, MS Excel, planning, coordination, and vendor management.
