BPO Telecaller

We are looking for enthusiastic and hardworking candidates to join our team as BPO Telecallers.

Job Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to customers.
Explain company products/services clearly.
Handle customer queries professionally.
Follow up with customers and maintain proper communication.
Maintain basic records of calls and customer details.
Achive target assigned by senior

Requirements:
Good communication skills.
Basic Hindi/Odia/English communication.
Basic computer knowledge.
Freshers can apply.
Positive listening and customer-handling skills.
Candidates should be responsible, punctual and willing to learn.

Job Type: Full time, Permanent

Education: Candidates must have completed +2 (12th) or above.

Graduates and candidates with a higher educational qualification will be preferred.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
